Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
At Yamini Vanga, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, as a company policy, we do not offer refunds on products once they have been purchased.
Products may only be exchanged if they are received in a damaged or defective condition.

* Delivery Address
* Clear images of the damaged or defective product
Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours with further instructions regarding the exchange process.
Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange:
* The product must be unused and unwashed.
* The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
* The product must not show any signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery.
Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for exchange.
The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us. Once the returned product is inspected and approved, Yamini Vanga will bear the shipping cost for sending the replacement product.
Yamini Vanga reserves the right to reject exchange requests if the returned product is not received in its original condition.
Sale Items
Products purchased during sales, promotional offers, or using coupon/discount codes are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
